Vancouver is making a big splash at ‘Burning Man 2011 : Rites of Passage’ in the realms of large scale art installations. So much so that Meghan (Megs) Rutigliano, Regional Network and Media Relations Coordinator for the Burning Man Project, will visit Vancouver, Wednesday June 22 and Thursday June 24 to meet with the Regional Contacts and leads from the three main Vancouver BM art projects – The Temple, Playa Time, and The Trojan Horse – being organized and built (in whole or in part) here this year.
We invite you to come out for a casual meet & greet with Megs and the Vancouver Regional contact. Several leads from all 3 projects will be present to share info on how you can get involved here or on playa. All projects are actively looking for collaborators!
Time: Thursday, June 23
Location: The Sin Bin – private room to the right
295 West 2nd Avenue, (near Cambie) Vancouver, BC
